How soon can I expect my order?
Orders that can be sent by letter post will usually be delivered the next day, provided they are ordered before 22:00. Have you ordered from outside of the Netherlands? Then it might take up to 3 days for your package to be delivered in Europe. Expect about a week for out side of Europe.
Letterbox post
If your order fits through the letterbox, we will send your order in a sturdy letterbox for free*. You do not need to be at home to receive these shipments; you will find them on your doormat or in your letterbox the next working day.
* Your order will be sent for free from €35.00 if you have it shipped to The Netherlands
** Your order will be sent for free from €50.00 if you have it shipped to Europe
*** Your order will be sent for free from €100.00 if you have it shipped outside of Europe
Parcel post Netherlands
For orders above €35,- we will ship your order for free. If you order before 22:00, you will receive your order the next working day at home or at a pickup point of your choice provided by DHL. If you order on a Saturday, your order will be sent the next working day.
Track & Trace
After placing the order you will receive a track & trace code via email. You can use this code to view and track the scheduled delivery time.
Return and warranty
Not happy with your purchase?
No problem, if you have not used the product yet, you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt (if possible in original packaging). You can do this by sending us an e-mail or downloading the return form.
Received a defective product?
No panic, we will solve it for you. Always contact our customer service before returning a product, often we can solve your problem within 1 day.
Contacting customer service can be done via e-mail or (very easy) via WhatsApp.
The product is broken within the warranty period?
We have a quick solution or replacement for almost everything. Let us know what's wrong and we will solve it as soon as possible, no problem!
